JEE Main 2020: Eligibility Criteria
Before filling the application form, candidates have to go through jee main eligibility criteria:
General Eligibility:
1.Qualifying Exam: The candidate applying must have passed 10+2 level examination or its equivalent in 2018 or 2019 from a recognized board or university.

2.Candidates included: Candidates appearing for class 12th examination can also apply.
3.Diploma holders: Candidates possessing diplomas can also apply for admission to IITs only.
4.Qualifying Subject: B.E./B.E. For B.Tech, your 12th level candidate must have passed with at least five subjects with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects with Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology or any other technical professional.
B. For ARC: Students must have passed 12th level with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry subjects.
For B Plan: For B planning, students must have passed their 12th level with mathematics subject.
Age Criteria: There is no age limit prescribed to apply for JEE Main 2020.
Total effort: There will be no attempt limit.
Institute-wise Eligibility:
Taking admission in IITs. Students in NITs, CTTI and other institutes have secured 75% through CSAB (ST/ST) For SC – 65%) Marks or 12th level examination should be under top 20 percentile.
Admission will be given on the basis of All India rank of safe candidate in the examination.
